WARRANTY

Aura Seating products are manufactured with attention to detail and a level of quality that is free of defects in materials and workmanship. We stand behind our products and warranty to the original purchaser of the product and from the original date of purchase.

  • 5 year warranty on product during normal use. 1-year warranty on Chrome parts and PU Arm pads.
  • 2 years on upholstery except for fabrics provided or directed by the purchaser. We cannot accept or transfer warranty of products from other manufacturers.
  • This warranty is for standard commercial use, which is considered to be a standard eight-hour work day, five days a week. Warranty does not apply to products stored in packaging cartons for extended periods.

THE WARRANTY
Should any product or component fail, the defective product/component must be returned to Aura Seating or the authorized dealer in your area, freight prepaid, with proof of original purchase (PO number and photo of the chair label under the seat).

Written authorization must be obtained in the form of a Return Goods Authorization (RGA#) before shipping the product directly to Aura Seating. This ensures that your product is not mis-identified and lost in the returns and receiving process. For products shipped directly to Aura Seating (see address in Contact Us), we will repair or replace the part(s) or product at our discretion. Product(s) will be shipped back using standard ground freight to the same address from which the product was returned unless specified otherwise in the RGA request.

If the product is returned to an authorized dealer for repairs, Aura Seating will provide the materials and components to repair the product free of charge, including transportation costs.

FABRIC, VINYL & LEATHER VARIATIONS
Seating upholstered in fabric, vinyl or leather is sold subject to normal variations and/or irregularities in color, texture and grain. Aura Seating is not responsible for slight differences in fabric color due to supplier dye lot differences on large orders or on repeat orders placed at later dates from the original order.

PRODUCT DESIGN & DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS
Aura Seating reserves the right to make alterations in design and construction or discontinue products without prior notice. If items are discontinued, Aura Seating reserves the right to repair or replace defective components with equivalent components, if available. Aura Seating will provide a prorated credit for warranty items that are discontinued and are no longer available.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED, AURA SEATING MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Under no circumstances, including but not limited to breach of contract, breach of warranty or negligence, shall Aura Seating be liable for lost profits, loss of goodwill, stored data, general, special, consequential or exemplary damages, even if Aura Seating had notice of these damages or they were foreseeable. Aura Seating shall not be responsible for verifying Dealer’s or customer’s description of needs, data, or the fitness for a particular purpose of goods. Aura Seating liability in all cases shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective parts, or the purchase price of the product. Damages resulting from misuse, abuse, alteration, negligent use, accidents or lack of maintenance are not covered under this warranty.
